Bloomberg API connection notes:
- Application requires restart if user logs out of Bloomberg terminal and logs back in as another user.
- Application will generate duplicate entity warning if Bloomberg PRTU (portfolio) or EMSX (blotter) contain the same symbol on two different exchanges.
EMSX API Connection Notes:
- The Landscape Order Ticket currently does not list Route fields
- For blotter orders whose exchange code does not match the Landscape’s default setting (Exchange or Composite), the Viewer may display the wrong exchange name on the Landscape
- Routes: cannot see EMSX_TICKER
- Orders: EMSX_BROKER does not reflect actual Route assignments
Installer:
- Desktop Shortcut is not optional
- Uninstall Shortcut will not cleanup MyDocuments
- Uninstall Shortcut may not work after an upgrade. Use Programs and Feature to Uninstall in this case.
- Does not install .NET 4.5.2, but will redirect user to download an installer.
UI:
- the Landscape docking/undocking is sensitive
